Many members of our professional team have been with DAVID through two generations of ownership, spanning nearly three decades.  We are extremely proud of our qualified, talented and hard-working staff.

Executive Team

David Holobaugh, President

As President and majority owner of DAVID Construction, Inc., David provides overall leadership and vision for DAVID Construction. David is experienced in handling complicated construction projects and is well versed with all project delivery systems such as General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design Build. David maintains licensure and qualification requirements on behalf of DAVID Construction in multiple Mid-West and Southern states including Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Ohio, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

David received his Civil Engineering degree in 1987 from the University of Evansville and his MBA in 1996 from Bellarmine University. David has a love for the outdoors, including snow skiing, scuba diving, tennis, motorcycles, and boating. He currently resides with his wife, Kim, and their two children, David and Lindsay.

David holds board positions at the Louisville Science Center, the Associated Builders and Contractors, the YMCA, and Bellarmine University.

Patrick Mueller, Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Pat is primarily responsible for pre-construction services and business development. Joining the DAVID team in 1992, Pat has held several positions within the company including Project Engineer, Project Manager and Vice President of Operations.

Prior to joining DAVID, Pat served as an Officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from 1987 through 1991. While in the U.S. Army he served as a Line Platoon Leader, Support Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, Assistant Battalion S-3 Officer, as well as a Battalion S-3 Officer and was awarded two Army Achievement Medals and an Army Commendation Medal. Pat has maintained his military affiliation as a member of the Society of Military Engineers.

Pat graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1987 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He has been married for 20 years and has three children. In his free time, Pat is a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, is a little league coach, and is a member of Leadership Southern Indiana.

Bill Hoskinson, Vice President Operations

Bill is responsible for directing DAVID’s field operations, including oversight of DAVID’s Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Superintendents. Additionally, Bill handles the construction management systems, processes, tools, and equipment.

Prior to joining DAVID in 1991, Bill was a project engineer for Exxon Pipeline Company in Texas and Louisiana for ten years.

Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from the University of Kentucky in 1980. He is a member of ASCE, Design Build Institute of America (DBIA), and is a member of the board of directors of the Ohio Valley Chapter of DBIA. He, his wife, and three children reside in Jefferson County.
