Executive Team

David Holobaugh, President

As President and owner of DAVID Construction, Inc., David provides overall leadership and vision for DAVID Construction. David is experienced in handling complicated construction projects and is well versed with all project delivery systems such as General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design Build. David maintains licensure and qualification requirements on behalf of DAVID Construction in multiple Mid-West and Southern states including Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Ohio, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

David received his Civil Engineering degree in 1987 from the University of Evansville and his MBA in 1996 from Bellarmine University. David has a love for the outdoors, including snow skiing, scuba diving, tennis, motorcycles, and boating. He currently resides with his wife, Kim, and their two children, David and Lindsay.

David holds board positions at the Louisville Science Center, the Associated Builders and Contractors, the YMCA, and Bellarmine University.
