Project Description:
The project consisted of the construction of a new one story fire station. Drives, parking lots and other site improvements were part of the project. The work included: excavation and filling, rough grading and finish grading, soil poisoning, concrete sidewalks, building slab and footings, masonry - brick and limestone, structural steel, interior architectural woodwork, mastic waterproofing, insulation, doors interior wood doors, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrances and storefront framing systems, gypsum drywall, metal stud and sheathing system, acoustical ceiling, carpet, painting, metal building system, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
