Project Description:
This project entails the construction of a 78,000 square foot 2½ story office building. The exterior is a unique blend of stone and brick with a standing seam metal mansard roof. The interior includes all high-end finishes.

Bid packages were prepared, issued, and awarded for site work, concrete, masonry, and structural steel only. All other bids were by specifications – e.g., hardware, doors, glass and glazing. We are furnishing skilled carpenters as needed to install blocking, door and frames, finish hardware, and other specialty items. This approach provided us with more bid options from which to choose and to procure the installation labor in the most economical manner for each type of item.
