Project Description:
The Q-Fix project consisted of a pre-engineered metal building structure with a primary purpose of servicing and maintaining on the road semi trucks. The design build of this building consisted of: medium-heavy asphalt paving, concrete service pits with drains and explosion proof circuits and lighting, masonry wainscot to 8’ above finish floor for added durability and aesthetics, specialized semi truck service equipment rough-ins and coordination, waste oil heating units for energy conservation, electrical connections to air compressors, welders and power washers. DAVID self performed the concrete (partial), masonry, metal building (partial), the doors, frames & hardware, the metal stud framing, the gypsum drywall, and the specialty items.
