Project Description:
The Base Civil Engineering Complex is a design/build project. It consists of 70,000 square feet of administrative offices, warehouse and shops. A team of professionals lead by David Engineering & Construction, Inc performed the design. The design team was able to meet the diverse functionality this building required. The warehouse and shops required special overhead crane system that had to be carefully
integrated into the building design.

The structure is a masonry building with a standing seam metal roof. The brick veneer matches the unique theme of the architecture found in the Grissom Air Reserve Base. The facility has a state of the art security system for both property and personnel. This was a mission critical project that had to come on line on time. We meet our commitment dates and delivered to the owner an outstanding facility that fully satisfied our owner’s needs.
