Project Description:
The work consisted of a 12,500 square foot two story firehouse building which included four garage bays, living sleeping quarters, and offices. The work includes structural steel, concrete, masonry, light gage metal trusses, cold formed framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, standing seam and asphalt shingle roofing, aluminum windows, entrances and storefronts. the building’s finishes included gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, ceramic tile, resilient tile carpet and painting.
